The SMarTPost Menus

Server
Start - Starts the server, check here means that the server is in operation and ready to handle mail requests
Stop - Stops the sending of mails, after completing any processes that are currently in operation.
Settings - DNS Server configuration and Server name configuration, as well as defining the role of SMarTPost as local or external server.
Shut down - closes SMarTPost. This is the only proper way to close down the server, without losing queued messages.

View
Minimise to taskbar - minimises the window and leaves a button on the taskbar.
Minimise to system tray - minimises the window and shows an icon in the system tray only.
Run in Background - minimises the window without leaving a button in the taskbar or systemtray. To call up the program window press alt + M.

Message
Delete - Highlighted message will be deleted. Please note that the message currently being processed cannot be deleted.
Hold - Highlighted message will be kept in the queue but not sent. Please note that message currently being processed cannot be held.
Send - Requeues a held message for sending.
Open - Starts the default mail client and shows the message.

Log - opens the SMarTPost log book with error success enteries for all messages.

About - shows program information - version and credits.
