The content found on HelpBytes has been produced by myself, or has been produced for HelpBytes by third parties, and therefore all copyrights belong to HelpBytes. Content may be used in accordance with the following rules:

1. A maximum of 25% of a page may be used on another authors webpage, provided a link to www.helpbytes.co.uk and sufficient credit is provided.
2. A maximum of 100% of a page my be copied directly into an e-mail, forum post, or other form of interactive/real time discussion, without credit. However, credit for the content must not be mis interpreted as being to a third party.
3. Content used in accordance with rule (1) must be used to provide support or reference to your own material, and must not be the basis for your own content.
4. Utilities may be distributed by any persons, so long as no unauthorised modifications are made, all credit remains intact, and no charge, not even media costs, are levied.
